The workshop: Training each day from 9:00 - 12:00 and 18:00 - 21:00

The workshop addresses all T’ai Chi-styles (relative beginners and to advanced)
The long break in midday gives time for personal activities.
The focus will be on the practical side of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, this includes:
T’ai Chi principles in the Form and in partner work
Pictures of the Forms and various applications
Tuishou – fixed step and mobile

Themes:
Basic-exercises, breathing exercises
Short Form (Exploring the 8 Basic Techniques as Peng, Lü, …)
Partner work of pictures from Short Form and Long Form
The Art of Stepping / Stepping Patterns like Dalü and others
Long Form for advanced practitioners

The place:
Casa Lucia is a wonderful location. The calm atmosphere of the place inspires the practice.
Situated in the centre of the island Casa Lucia is a good starting point to discover Corfu.
