As you open your heart you become more open in your relationships. You will have a deeper connection to yourself, others and the world around you.
Heart opening increases self-love and self-acceptance. By learning to embrace and love yourself, you can experience increased self-worth, confidence and a greater sense of fulfillment.
During your meditation, you will receive an attunement to unconditional love. This will support the process of creating new connections, belief systems, and feelings about love, allowing you to be open to receive & give love more freely.

Alexandros Dapergolas has always been looking for what is healthy at all levels and started his journey of self-knowledge about 17 years ago.
He is a 3a practicioner of traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho since 2016, an advanced practitioner of the innovative ThetaHealing technique since 2018 having attended over 10 seminars and a ThetaHealing Instructor since 2021. He provides personal 1:1 sessions of self-improvement & alternative therapies to create your Best Life and creates self-awareness & self-development seminars, as well as therapeutic events. He also creates inspirational content on how to create a better life on YouTube

Kali is a Yoga Teacher of 8 years. Originally trained in India, she has since been teaching and running retreats in Spain, England and now Corfu.

Andrea’s journey into sound therapy began in 2020 during a captivating yoga class where she was entranced by the teacher’s use of a Tibetan singing bowl. This moment ignited a passion for the therapeutic benefits of sound and vibration, leading her to study Sound Massage and Sound Therapy at the Peter Hess Institute in Athens. In 2022, she achieved her Gong Master Diploma. Her profound understanding of sound and its restorative effects on the mind, body, and soul inspired her to create Alma Sounds Corfu, bringing these experiences to the wider community beyond just yoga practitioners.
