Sense of Self – biological self-awareness.

We will use movement and the touch it brings to feel our body and the way it works in detail.

Biological self-awareness is inseparable from mental and emotional self-awareness.

Biological self-awareness brings general self-awareness and requires sensory (hence motor / respiratory) skills which by default bring optimal function of the organism ie health, resilience and well-being.
