This 6 week course is perfect for anyone who would like to learn the basic foundations of yoga. 
After completing the course you will have a deeper knowledge and feel more confident to start a personal practice or join a group class.

Having originally trained in Rishikesh, India, I value authenticity in a yoga practise. This is reflected in my style of teaching. My yoga journey first began while working in an holistic center in Manchester. There I worked as a Mentor and Project Coordinator for families affected by anxiety related conditions such as, autism. I wanted something to offer my clients which empowered them to manage their own stress and anxiety. I was guided towards yoga and immediately knew it would help anyone who practised it. For me Yoga is not about how many times you can wrap your legs around your own head, it's not a performace. Yoga is about how it truly makes you feel on the inside and the positive impact on every aspect of your life these experiences can have.
