Jump into spring and get access to your creative power

As we are moving into spring, we invite you to open up your creative abilities. This is the ideal moment to see what desires you have that you want to bring to life. What is your dream for the life you want to lead?

We warmly invite you to this special moment of creation.

We start with a Somatic Movement Healing session in which Erika will guide you to access your creative power.

Then Irene will guide you into a meditation in which you visualise your next creative plan.
We invite you to write down what your desires look like and how they can come to fruition.

At the end of the session we take time to share (if it feels right for you) what we all have seen in our visions and how we want to move forward the next months with the powerful creative energy of spring.

Bring your notebook or sketchbook, comfortable clothes to move easily, a water bottle. In Casa Lucia are blankets and yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own.

The event will take place with at least 6 participants.
